Android phones running Android 8.0 or newer, with NFC, a camera and location. Look for NFC in the phone’s connection settings. The guard app runs on Android phones today. An iPhone version is planned.
Not to record a patrol. Taps, incidents and alerts are saved on the phone and sent when it finds signal. An SOS alert needs signal to reach the supervisor, so in dead zones guards should also follow the site’s emergency procedure.
Fix a new tag in the same place and update the checkpoint in the dashboard. The old tag stops counting as soon as you save.
A determined person can copy a basic tag’s serial number. SentryOps also flags fake GPS, clock changes and unknown phones, which is how copied-tag patrols usually give themselves away. Secure tags with one-time codes are coming for sites that need copy-proof taps.
Yes. Give a client a login and they see only their own sites: patrols, alerts, incidents and daily reports.
On servers in Singapore, including photos and archives. Each company’s data is kept separate by row-level security.
The optional face check keeps a selfie and a numeric face template, used only to confirm attendance. Templates are encrypted, stored apart from guard records, and deleted when a guard leaves or asks to be erased.
12 months live by default, adjustable from 3 to 84 months. Older records are archived in Singapore and can be retrieved on request. Raw device diagnostics are cleared after 90 days.
Yes. Reports and records export as PDF or CSV.
A supervisor sets a new PIN from the dashboard. After repeated wrong PINs the guard is locked out for a while, to stop guessing.
Revoke it in the dashboard; it can no longer sign in or send records. Enrol the replacement with the site code.
Location is read only when something is recorded, not continuously. For reliable background sending, set the app’s battery setting to Unrestricted.
No software is approved for SACE. SentryOps gives you digital records to show; your agency’s competencies are assessed by the Police and the Ministry of Manpower.
